If you are placed with a tutor, you agree to a 50% refund of remaining hours after $35 processing fee. The $19.95 is not refundable unless previously arranged. If you are not placed with a tutor, you agree to a full refund minus the $35 processing fee (and $19.95 if applicable). Finding the right tutor the first time is not guaranteed. You can replace a tutor for any reason but finding a replacement tutor may require an additional day or two.
